shud i send it now?as im plannin 2 apply in 2009...is it better 2 send it 2 the joint commission or then ?

Ya u can always
wait until then and better get your ECE done by the end of this year only.. no need to keep it ready..its not a big thing.. its easily done if you have all the papers ready within a month!!
