ECE EVALUATION

Hi sir,This is sudheer from india.I had completed my BDS course and I'm planning to give my give my NBDE-1 exam this year august or september.So I want to know about the required documents needed to submit for ECE evaluation.Is there any need for me to go for course by course evaluation or general evaluation is sufficient?At present as I'm blocking the date for nbde-1 exam,is official transcripts are needed or just photocopies of original documents are enough.I'm really confused about these things and please help me in this regard.Thanking you.
